- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup Italian bread crumbs

- 1 cup marinara sauce

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Flatten chicken breasts to even thickness.
- In shallow dishes, place bread crumbs mixed with Parmesan, and beaten eggs.
- Dip chicken breasts into eggs, then coat with breadcrumb mixture.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and brown chicken on both sides.
- Transfer chicken to a baking dish, top each with marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
