Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine crushed graham crackers and melted butter until well coated.
- Add sweetened condensed milk, shredded coconut, and peppermint extract, mixing until combined.
- If desired, divide mixture and add food coloring for colorful layers, mixing each separately.
- Scoop portions onto parchment-lined trays and shape into bite-sized balls or logs.
- Press mini chocolate chips and sprinkles on top for decoration.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
