Instructions
- Preheat your skillet over medium heat and add olive oil.

- Sear chicken until golden brown on both sides, about 6-8 minutes total; remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Add Parmesan cheese, stirring until sauce thickens.
- Return chicken to the skillet, spoon sauce over, and heat through for 5 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
