Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Unroll the pie crusts and cut into squares (about 4×4 inches).
- Spoon a small amount of marinara sauce in the center of each square, top with cheese, and optional toppings.
- Fold the dough over to form a pocket and seal the edges by pressing or crimping.
- Brush the tops with beaten egg and sprinkle with oregano or Italian seasoning.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
