- 1 lb (450 g) sirloin steak, sliced
- 1 cup cooked couscous or quinoa
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley or basil, chopped for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper. Marinate the steak slices in this mixture for 15-20 minutes.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the steak slices until browned and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- While the steak cooks, prepare the couscous or quinoa as per package instructions.
- Assemble the bowls by layering couscous, cooked steak, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and feta cheese.
- Garnish with chopped fresh herbs and an additional drizzle of olive oil if desired. Serve immediately.

- You can substitute beef with grilled chicken or fish for variety.
