This Mediterranean chicken zucchini bake is a flavorful and healthy one-pan meal combining tender chicken, fresh zucchini slices, cherry tomatoes, and herbs, baked to perfection with melted cheese.

Ingredients

  • 2 medium zucchinis, sliced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 1 tsp dried thyme

Instructions
