Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the crockpot.
- Mix heavy cream, Parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Pour sauce over chicken.
- Cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours until chicken is tender.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
