Instructions
- Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and dried herbs.

- Add rice, chicken broth, lemon juice, zest, garlic, and additional herbs to the slow cooker.
- Cook on low for 4-6 hours or until chicken is tender and rice is cooked.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
