Instructions
- Place chicken breasts at the bottom of the slow cooker, season with salt, pepper, thyme, and rosemary.
- Pour in chicken broth and add garlic and lemon slices.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 hours.
- Shred the cooked chicken and add rice to the slow cooker, stir well.
- Cover and cook on low for an additional 30 minutes until rice is tender.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and lemon wedges before serving.
