Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon.
- Add garlic, ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes. Stir well and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Serve the seasoned beef over cooked rice.
- Top with chopped green onions, sliced cucumbers, carrots, and sesame seeds.
