- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup sliced bell peppers (red, green, or yellow)
- 2 tablespoons cream cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil

- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 large low-carb tortillas or dough wraps
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add sliced beef and cook until just browned. Stir in garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix the cooked beef with cream cheese and shredded cheese until well combined.
- Lay out the low-carb tortillas. Divide the beef mixture among the tortillas, spreading evenly. Top with sliced peppers.
- Roll up each tortilla tightly, sealing the edges.
- Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and bubbly.
