- 4 cups chicken or vegetable broth
- 1 cup sliced green onions
- 1 cup sliced bok choy or napa cabbage
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat the broth in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and soy sauce, simmer for 5 minutes.
- Gently add dumplings to the broth and cook until they float, about 4-5 minutes.
Notes
- Adjust soy sauce for saltiness.
- Add chili oil for spice.
