Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Roll out the pizza dough into a 12×8 inch rectangle, kneading in protein powder if desired.
- Spread sauce evenly across the dough, leaving a 1-inch border.
- Sprinkle mozzarella and distribute pepperoni over the sauce.
- Carefully roll from the short end into a tight log and slice into 1-inch pieces.
- Place slices on a parchment-lined baking sheet, spacing apart.
- Brush the tops with beaten egg and sprinkle with oregano or Italian seasoning.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and bubbly. Let cool slightly before serving.
