- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 8 oz pasta (penne or fettuccine)
- Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Cook chicken until golden and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
- Pour in heavy cream, Parmesan, and Italian seasoning. Stir until sauce thickens, about 3-5 minutes.
- Slice cooked chicken and add to the sauce. Toss in cooked pasta and combine well.
- Garnish with fresh basil before serving.

- Use freshly grated Parmesan for the best flavor.
- Adjust seasoning to taste with salt and pepper.
- For a tangy twist, add a splash of lemon juice.
