  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise or sour cream
  • 1/4 cup pickles, chopped (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. Cook the chopped bacon in a large skillet until crispy, then set aside on paper towels.
  3. In the same skillet, cook ground beef, onion, and garlic until beef is browned and onion is translucent. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Drain excess fat if needed.
