- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 packet savory burger seasoning
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1 can refrigerated crescent dough or puff pastry
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking dish with parchment paper.
- Cook ground beef with burger seasoning and diced onions until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
- Roll out crescent dough and cut into rectangles or use puff pastry sheets.
- Spread cooked beef evenly over each dough piece, sprinkle with shredded cheese, then roll up tightly.
- Mix melted butter with minced garlic. Brush the rollups generously with the garlic butter mixture.
- Arrange the rollups seam-side down in the prepared baking dish. Brush the tops with more garlic butter if desired.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and cheese is bubbly.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
- Feel free to add sliced pickles or bacon for extra flavor.
- Use pre-cooked beef or leftover burger meat to speed up preparation.
