- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packet of burger seasoning
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 1 can puff pastry or crescent roll dough
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add burger seasoning and half of the shredded cheese to the cooked beef. Mix well.
- Roll out puff pastry or crescent dough on a floured surface. Cut into rectangles.
- Divide the beef mixture evenly among the dough rectangles.
- Roll up each rectangle tightly, sealing the edges.
- Mix melted butter with minced garlic and brush over the rolls.
- Place rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush remaining cheese on top if desired.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and cheese is bubbly.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
- You can add sautéed onions or pickles inside for extra flavor.
- Use different cheeses for a variation, like pepper jack or Swiss.
- Serve with ketchup, mustard, or your favorite dipping sauces.
