These garlic butter cheeseburger rollups are a delicious combination of savory beef, melted cheese, and aromatic garlic butter, baked to perfection and ideal for snacks, parties, or quick meals.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet of burger seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1 can puff pastry or crescent roll dough
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add burger seasoning and half of the shredded cheese to the cooked beef. Mix well.
  4. Roll out puff pastry or crescent dough on a floured surface. Cut into rectangles.
  5. Divide the beef mixture evenly among the dough rectangles.
  6. Roll up each rectangle tightly, sealing the edges.
  7. Mix melted butter with minced garlic and brush over the rolls.
  8. Place rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush remaining cheese on top if desired.
  9. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and cheese is bubbly.
  10. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
