- 4 large flour tortillas

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, cream cheese, garlic, parsley, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the mixture evenly on each tortilla.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella over the filling.
- Roll up each tortilla tightly and place seam-side down on a baking sheet.
- Brush with olive oil and bake for 20 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
