Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine chopped turkey, dried cranberries, stuffing mix, cheese (if using), parsley, beaten egg, salt, and pepper. Mix well until a cohesive mixture forms.
- Form the mixture into small balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Lightly brush or spray the balls with olive oil.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and heated through.
