Instructions
- Place the beef pieces in the slow cooker.
- In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium heat and add minced garlic, cooking until fragrant for about 1 minute.
- Pour garlic butter mixture over beef in the slow cooker, then add soy sauce, black pepper, thyme, and salt.
- Mix ingredients well to coat the beef evenly.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours until beef is tender.
- Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving. Serve hot with your favorite vegetables or grains.
