Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in diced onion and minced garlic; cook until fragrant.
- Add orzo pasta, stirring to coat with the beef mixture.
- Pour in beef broth, bring to a simmer, and cook until orzo is tender and liquid is absorbed.
- Sprinkle cheese on top, cover, and cook until cheese melts.
- Garnish with chopped pickles, diced tomato, and shredded lettuce before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a dash of Worcestershire sauce or hot sauce.
