Instructions
- Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add diced onion and minced garlic; sauté until fragrant, about 2 minutes.
- Add ground beef; cook until browned, breaking apart with a spatula, then season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- In a separate pan, fry the sliced potatoes in remaining olive oil until crispy and golden.
- Layer the cooked potatoes over the beef in the skillet, then sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
- Cover and cook for 5 minutes until the cheese melts.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving hot.
