- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 small onion, chopped

- 4 cups beef broth
- 1 (28 ounces) can crushed tomatoes

- 8 ounces lasagna noodles, broken

Instructions
- In a large pot, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add chopped onion and garlic; cook until softened.
- Stir in beef broth, crushed tomatoes, and Italian seasoning. Bring to a boil.
- Add broken lasagna noodles; cook until tender, about 10 minutes.
- Stir in mozzarella cheese until melted and creamy.
- Serve hot, garnished with Parmesan cheese and fresh basil.
Notes
- You can substitute ground turkey or plant-based protein for beef.
- For extra flavor, add red pepper flakes or a splash of red wine.
