- 1 pound ground turkey
- 3 large potatoes, diced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add diced potatoes and cook until crispy and golden brown, about 10-12 minutes. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add remaining olive oil and sauté chopped onion and garlic until fragrant.
- Add ground turkey, season with paprika, salt, and pepper, and cook until browned and cooked through.
- Return the cooked potatoes to the skillet, mix well, and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving and enjoy hot.

- You can add chopped bell peppers or spinach for extra flavor and nutrition.
