- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 cup beef broth
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce

- Cooked egg noodles for serving
Instructions
- In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Remove excess fat.
- Add chopped onion and minced garlic; cook until translucent.
- Stir in sliced mushrooms and cook until they release their moisture.
- Sprinkle flour over the mixture and stir well to coat.
- Gradually add beef broth while stirring, then add Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Simmer until thickened.
- Remove from heat and stir in sour cream until well combined.
- Serve the beef stroganoff over cooked egg noodles and garnish with parsley if desired.

- Use full-fat sour cream for a creamy texture.
- Cook noodles separately and drain well before serving.
