Instructions
- Add beef, vegetables, garlic, salt, pepper, and thyme into the slow cooker.
- Pour beef broth over the ingredients.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until beef is tender and vegetables are cooked.
- Stir before serving and garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
