  • 2 large sweet potatoes, cubed
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onion and garlic, sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add ground turkey, cook until browned, seasoning with salt, pepper, paprika, and thyme.
