- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 4 oz cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1/2 cup sliced green onions
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, garlic powder, and paprika until smooth.
- Fold in shredded cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses.
- Stir in crumbled bacon and sliced green onions.
- Transfer to a baking dish and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Serve hot with tortilla chips or veggie sticks.
Notes
For extra flavor, top with additional bacon or chopped jalapenos before baking. For a healthier version, use low-fat cheese and Greek yogurt instead of mayonnaise.
