Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt. Mix well.
- Divide the meat mixture into equal portions and shape into small balls.
- Roll out the puff pastry or biscuit dough and cut into squares.
- Place a meatball in the center of each square, top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses, then fold the dough over to seal the edges.
- Arrange the bombs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with dipping sauce.
