- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 package refrigerated biscuit dough
- Printable dipping sauces and herbs for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, combine ground beef, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Divide the beef mixture into 8 portions and flatten each into a thin patty.
- Place a spoonful of shredded mozzarella and Parmesan on each patty.
- Wrap the beef around small pieces of biscuit dough, sealing the edges.
- Place the bombs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and cooked through.
- Remove from oven, top with extra cheese if desired, and garnish with parsley.

- Serve with a side of marinara or ranch dipping sauce.
