Instructions
- Season pork chops with salt and pepper on both sides.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add 1 tablespoon of butter.
- Sear pork chops for about 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
- Reduce heat to medium, add remaining butter and minced garlic to the pan.
- Sauté garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Pour garlic butter over the pork chops, garnish with parsley and lemon wedges if desired, and serve hot.
