- 1 cup warm milk
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- Extra melted butter for brushing
Instructions
- In a large bowl, dissolve yeast in warm milk with sugar; let sit until frothy, about 5 minutes.
- Add melted butter, salt, and half of the flour; mix well.
- Gradually add remaining flour until a soft dough forms.
- Knead on a floured surface until smooth and elastic, about 8 minutes.
- Place dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise until doubled, about 1 hour.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Gently punch down dough and divide into 12 equal pieces.
- Shape each into a ball and place on a greased baking sheet.
- Mix minced garlic and chopped parsley with melted butter, then brush over each roll.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.

- You can add grated Parmesan cheese for extra flavor.
- For softer crusts, brush rolls with butter immediately after baking.
