- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1/2 cup tomato sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup sliced bell peppers
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Cooking spray or olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly spray a baking sheet with cooking spray.
- Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spread a spoonful of tomato sauce evenly over the tortilla.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese over the sauce, then add sliced bell peppers, olives, and a pinch of Italian seasoning.
- Roll up the tortilla tightly into a log shape, then slice into 1-inch pieces.
- Place the rolls seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Repeat with remaining tortillas.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden and crispy. Serve warm.

- You can customize fillings with cooked chicken, ham, or additional vegetables.
- For a crunchy top, broil for an extra 2 minutes at the end.
