  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup cold unsalted butter, cubed

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
  2. Mix dry ingredients: flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg.
  3. In a large bowl, beat butter and sugar until creamy. Add eggs one at a time.
  4. Stir in pumpkin, orange juice, and zest.
  5. Gradually add dry ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  6. Prepare streusel topping by mixing flour and brown sugar, cut in butter until crumbly.
  7. Pour batter into prepared pan, sprinkle streusel on top.
  8. Bake for 55-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  9. Let cool in pan for 10 minutes, then remove and cool completely.
  10. Mix orange glaze ingredients and drizzle over cooled bread before serving.
