Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, cook ground beef, onion, and garlic until browned.
- Add taco seasoning and cooked rice; stir to combine.
- Fill each bell pepper half with the beef mixture.
- Place stuffed peppers in a baking dish and top with cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until peppers are tender and cheese is melted.
- Garnish with chopped lettuce and tomatoes; serve with sour cream and salsa.
