Instructions
- Cook ground turkey in a skillet over medium heat until browned and cooked through.
- Meanwhile, mix sweet chili sauce, mayonnaise, sriracha, soy sauce, and sesame oil in a small bowl to make the bang bang sauce.
- Divide cooked rice into bowls and top with cooked ground turkey.
- Drizzle with the bang bang sauce and garnish with shredded carrots, chopped green onions, and sesame seeds.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
