Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Transfer chicken to a baking dish. Mix melted butter with minced garlic and pour over the chicken.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with lemon wedges.

- For extra flavor, add a splash of white wine or chicken broth before baking.
- Ensure chicken is cooked to an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
