- 1 lb ground beef or turkey
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
- 1 cup canned black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup corn kernels (fresh or frozen)
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

- Optional toppings: sour cream, salsa, lime wedges, jalapeños
Instructions

- Begin by placing a generous scoop of cooked rice at the base of your bowl. Top with seasoned meat, black beans, corn, and diced tomatoes. Sprinkle with shredded cheese, chopped cilantro, and sliced avocado. Add optional toppings like sour cream, salsa, and lime wedges to enhance flavor.
Notes
- Adjust spice levels by adding hot sauce or jalapeños as desired.
- For vegetarian options, substitute ground meat with sautéed vegetables or seasoned lentils.
