- 2 packages (8 oz each) crescent roll dough
- 1 pound cooked turkey, shredded
- 1 cup cranberry sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Swiss)
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
- Fresh herbs for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375F (190C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out the crescent dough and arrange in a circle on the prepared baking sheet, overlapping edges slightly to form a ring.
- Spread half of the cranberry sauce over the inner part of the ring.
- Top with shredded turkey and cheese, then spread remaining cranberry sauce over the filling.
- Fold and pinch the edges of the dough over the filling to enclose it as much as possible, shaping into a ring.
- Brush the dough with beaten egg for a shiny finish.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Garnish with fresh herbs before serving. Slice and serve warm.

- Adjust the amount of cranberry sauce for preferred sweetness.
- Can be made ahead and baked just before serving.
