  • 2 packages (8 oz each) crescent roll dough
  • 1 pound cooked turkey, shredded
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Swiss)
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
  • Fresh herbs for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375F (190C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out the crescent dough and arrange in a circle on the prepared baking sheet, overlapping edges slightly to form a ring.
  3. Spread half of the cranberry sauce over the inner part of the ring.
  4. Top with shredded turkey and cheese, then spread remaining cranberry sauce over the filling.
  5. Fold and pinch the edges of the dough over the filling to enclose it as much as possible, shaping into a ring.
  6. Brush the dough with beaten egg for a shiny finish.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Garnish with fresh herbs before serving. Slice and serve warm.
