Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Arrange baguette slices on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil. Toast for 8-10 minutes until golden.
- In a bowl, combine cherry tomatoes and basil leaves. Drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and pepper.
- Arrange mozzarella balls and sliced cold cuts on a serving platter. Top baguette toasts with tomato mixture and mozzarella balls.
- Drizzle with balsamic glaze and garnish with herbs. Serve immediately.
