Instructions
- In a blender or food processor, combine cranberries, honey, and orange zest. Blend until smooth and set aside.
- In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese until creamy and smooth.
- Spread a layer of cream cheese onto each tortilla.
- Spread cranberry mixture evenly over the cream cheese.
- Roll up each tortilla tightly, then slice into 1-inch pieces.
- Garnish with fresh herbs and serve chilled or at room temperature.
