- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup Romano cheese, grated
- 1 cup Italian-seasoned bread crumbs
- 2 lemons, sliced

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375F (190C).
- Prepare three shallow dishes: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with mixed Romano cheese and bread crumbs.
- Dredge each chicken breast in flour, dip in egg, then coat with cheese and breadcrumb mixture.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and brown chicken on both sides for 3-4 minutes.
- Transfer chicken to a baking dish, drizzle with lemon juice, and top with lemon slices.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through and crispy.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and extra lemon slices before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate chicken in lemon juice and herbs for 30 minutes before cooking.
- You can substitute Romano cheese with Parmesan for a different flavor profile.
