- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 large eggs
- 2 medium apples, sliced thin
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
- Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, press into the bottoms of liners to form crust.
- Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth, then add sour cream and eggs, mixing well.
- Pour filling over crusts, filling each liner about 3/4 full.
- Mix sliced apples with brown sugar and cinnamon, then spoon over each cheesecake filling.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until set and lightly golden.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving for best flavor and texture.
Notes
- You can substitute apples with pears for a different flavor.
- For a crunchier topping, add toasted oats or nuts.
