- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 sheet pizza dough or pre-made crust
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 small diced tomato
- 1/2 cup sliced black olives (optional)
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
- Olive oil for drizzling
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease a large sheet pan with olive oil.
- Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Add taco seasoning and a little water; simmer for 5 minutes.
- Spread the pizza dough evenly on the prepared sheet pan.
- Layer the cooked beef over the dough, then sprinkle with shredded cheese.
- Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes until the crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.
- Remove from oven, top with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, black olives, and cilantro.
- Slice and serve hot.

- Feel free to customize toppings with jalapenos, sour cream, or shredded chicken.
- Using pre-made dough saves time; homemade crust can be used for more flavor.
