- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 can (15 oz) corn, drained
- 1 medium potato, diced
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1/2 cup sliced bell peppers
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, cook ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add diced onions and bell peppers to the skillet. Cook until vegetables are tender.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cooked beef and vegetables with cream of mushroom soup, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer mixture to a greased baking dish.
- Top with diced potatoes and shredded cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and cheese is melted and golden.

- You can add sliced olives or chopped tomatoes for extra flavor.
