Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place rice, chicken breasts, and chicken broth in a baking dish.
- Spread tzatziki sauce over the chicken.
- Cover with foil and bake for 40-45 minutes until chicken is cooked through and rice is tender.
- Remove from oven, garnish with fresh dill, cucumber slices, cherry tomatoes, and lemon wedges.
