- 1/4 cup honey or brown sugar
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 tablespoon cornstarch (optional for thickening)
- Sesame seeds and sliced green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Place chicken in the slow cooker.
- In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, garlic, and ginger.
- Pour sauce over chicken and cook on low for 4-6 hours or on high for 2-3 hours.
- For a thicker glaze, remove chicken and simmer the sauce in a saucepan with cornstarch until desired consistency.
- Serve chicken with sauce poured over and garnished with sesame seeds and green onions.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a splash of sesame oil or sprinkle with crushed red pepper flakes.
- You can use chicken breasts or thighs based on preference.
