Instructions
- Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sear chicken until golden brown on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Place seared chicken in the slow cooker.
- In a bowl, mix heavy cream, Parmesan, garlic, red pepper flakes, and basil.
- Pour the sauce over the chicken in the slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours until chicken is tender.
- Serve hot, garnished with additional basil if desired.

- For a richer flavor, add a splash of white wine to the sauce.
