- 2 boneless chicken breasts, sliced
- 8 oz ramen noodles
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
- 2 teaspoons honey or brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- Sesame seeds and chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions, drain and set aside.
- Heat sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add sliced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add garlic and ginger, cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Stir in bell peppers and broccoli, cook for 3-4 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Mix soy sauce, honey, and rice vinegar, pour over the stir fry, toss to coat evenly.
- Add cooked ramen noodles, toss everything together until well combined and heated through.
Notes
- Adjust the soy sauce and honey to taste for more or less sweetness and saltiness.
- Feel free to add other vegetables like carrots or snap peas.
