Ingredients

- 2 large chicken breasts, cooked and sliced
- 4 slices of ham
- 1 cup shredded Swiss or Gruyere cheese
- 1 package of pre-made pizza dough or bread dough
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface into a rectangle.
- Spread Dijon mustard over the dough.
- Arrange slices of cooked chicken and ham over half of the dough.
- Sprinkle cheese and herbs evenly on top.
- Fold the other half of the dough over the filling and seal the edges.
- Brush the top with olive oil and sprinkle with additional herbs if desired.
- Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Slice and serve hot or warm.
Notes
- You can add spinach or sun-dried tomatoes for extra flavor.
- Serve with a side salad for a complete meal.
