Ingredients

  • 2 large chicken breasts, cooked and sliced
  • 4 slices of ham
  • 1 cup shredded Swiss or Gruyere cheese
  • 1 package of pre-made pizza dough or bread dough
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the dough on a floured surface into a rectangle.
  3. Spread Dijon mustard over the dough.
  4. Arrange slices of cooked chicken and ham over half of the dough.
  5. Sprinkle cheese and herbs evenly on top.
  6. Fold the other half of the dough over the filling and seal the edges.
  7. Brush the top with olive oil and sprinkle with additional herbs if desired.
  8. Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
